Courtyard

The Venetian courtyard (on left side of photo) is a carefully managed garden verde. It welcomes your guests

with permanent wall greenery and moveable seasonal planters. The outdoor plantings are carefully balanced to stand alone yet are reserved enough to accommodate the full arrangements of a floral designer. Garden artist, Judy Marie Johnson, has created an environment beautifully orchestrated to provide blooms and fragrance in all seasons. High walls create an intimate 50' x 60' space for outdoor ceremonies. The Courtyard accommodates arrivals of large numbers of guests and provides an atmosphere conducive to socializing, al fresco dining or outdoor ceremonies.

Salon
The Courtyard leads into the Salon through French doors. It is ideal for smaller gatherings including rehearsal dinners, birthdays, and as a back-up location for outdoor ceremonies. The Salon is decorated with aged copper sconces and a patina-wash floor. Decorative wall elements in the Salon and trompe-l'oeil in the Ballroom have been designed by artisan Ron Paris. The Salon is 61' x 28'.
Ballroom
Stonefire Station's large ballroom allows for dining, dancing, large cocktail events as well as meetings, corporate presentations and fundraisers. It can easily accommodate large seated dinners with plenty of room left over for dancing and toasting. Salud!

During the day it is well lit with French doors and floor-to-ceiling windows on three sides (southern exposure for the best sunlight during any season). The French doors allow access to the Terrace, extending the space and bringing the outside in.

Light the stone fireplace at night for an intimate atmosphere. The gas-fired fixture allows the host convenience and control, a perfect accent for your event. The fireplace and hearth are crafted of rose-colored limestone.

The floor is a rich faux terra-cotta, very smooth and suitable for dancing. Recessed ceiling lighting and wall sconces on dimmers allow control over mood and environment. Lighting designers and bands will appreciate sufficient amperage and new wiring. The Ballroom is 70' x 55'.

Pergola
Outside the Ballroom is the Pergola, a raised terrace wide enough for two rows of dining tables. In time the pergola will support trumpet vines, cardinal vine flowers and night blooming moonflower. Delicately fragrant flowers, including gardenias, lily of the valley and tuberose, bloom throughout the seasons to add a charming sense of romance. Additional terrace plant design includes moveable potted greenery appropriate to the season. An outdoor fireplace and hearth adds a beautiful glow to any evening and welcomes guests to stay outside in warm or cool weather. The space is suitable for an outdoor ceremony, dining or cocktails. The terrace is 68' x 17'.

The Pergola is (as is all of Stonefire Station) completely wheelchair accessible and ADA compliant.

Kitchen
Stonefire Station's owners are former caterers and restaurateurs and have a keen appreciation for what is necessary and appreciated in serving a location dinner. We offer a well-designed flexible staging kitchen for use by your food service personnel. The kitchen has a three-compartment sink, fire hood, prep and food staging area. The kitchen is fully accessible for service to both ballrooms.

You are free to choose your own caterer. We invite you to review our list of local caterers and other services.
Restrooms
Men's and Ladies' rooms are accessible from the Pergola ballroom. An additional, handicapped-accessible, restroom is available as well. The grand ladies' room is well-appointed featuring hand-painted golden wall treatments, vanity countertops of Volcano Granite resting on a hand-carved Baroque table, copper sconces as well as an additional lounge area.
Bride Staging Room
In addition to the entertainment spaces, we have included a staging room. Hair stylists and make-up artists can use the adjacent handicapped restroom as a prep studio for the bride.
Storage
There are two additional rooms suitable for storage and prep. The large room is 40'x20' with exterior access for use as a load-in from the patio/dock. Bands can also use it as a Green Room before performances.
